If you refer four friends and they sign up for the training, you can earn a total of a $100 in Amazon.com Gift Cards to use this summer.

Fill out this form with the names and e-mail addresses of the friends you want to refer
- Each friend will receive an e-mail shortly after, with a special offer for the Flexible CBT Program
- Your friends must sign up for the Flexible CBT training program through that e-mail and purchase the course for you to receive the $25 Amazon.com Gift Card
Terms and Conditions
1. You understand and agree that the referred individual(s) must apply through an e-mailed link (provided by Atheneum Learning) and purchase the course for you to receive the $25 Amazon.com Gift Card. Your friend(s) may not receive this e-mail if they have previously “opted out” of receiving e-mail marketing communications from Atheneum Learning.
2. You are eligible to earn $25 Amazon.com Gift Card for each approval. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the Gift Card to get sent to you after each referral has purchased the training.
